Construction Foreman, Bowmanville ON
We are looking for a skilled and dependable Construction Foreman to lead on-site operations for an upcoming pumping station project in Bowmanville, ON. 5 + years of experience with similar infrastructure or civil utility is a must. Strong knowledge & experience in siteworks & concrete is crucial.
Key Responsibilities
- Problem Solving: Ability to resolve problems that may arise on the job site, seeking solutions in an effective and efficient manor
- Adherence to Plans: Reads and interprets blueprints, specifications, and project plans to ensure that work is performed
- Safety: Ensure all workers adhere to safety protocols and regulations, providing, training and safe work practices to all personnel on site
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 5 years if experience in a similar construction leadership role
- Safety Knowledge:Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures
- Communication Skills:Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Supervisory Skills:Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documents
